Commercial Window Cleaning

A storefront shows every streak. People read it from three feet away, walking past, and the sign above it lights the glass at night, which is also when handprints at door height show up. Restaurant interiors are their own problem: kitchen grease films the glass near the dining room and wipes off differently than house glass. Commercial glass is a different job, and it's the one we've done for office buildings, corporate campuses, multi-level schools, rental properties, and storefronts with rotating tenants since 2012.

Recurring routes

Most commercial clients are on a schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) because customer-facing glass looks best when it's never allowed to get bad. Regular service comes at a discounted rate, on a route, with the same technician each visit. Before opening, after closing, or weekends: the schedule works around your business.

Spot service

Corporate guests coming, a lease showing, or a window that took a bump. Short-notice spot cleans keep the glass ready for the days it matters.

Height and access

A deionized reverse-osmosis water-fed pole cleans exterior glass up to 50 feet from the ground. No lifts, no scaffolding, no blocked sidewalk. Above that, or for awkward architectural details, scissor lifts (diesel or electric) handle the rest. Our largest client runs a dozen-plus buildings on one national headquarters campus, so scale isn't theoretical.

On your property

Technicians arrive in branded uniforms, carry ID, and can pass any background check your site requires. Work is quiet and contained. You run your business day, we stay out of it, and the glass is clean when you look up.

Insurance and paperwork

$1,000,000 per-incident liability coverage, current Alabama licensing, and certificates of insurance available on request, because procurement needs the paper before the people. Facility managers and property managers: ask about contract rates for quarterly and annual programs.
